Needs a prompt when new page sponsorship is successful.

Currently, it loads the newly sponsored page on the "sponsor" tab which might be confusing.

If you're logged in and viewing your sponsored page, you're instantly directed to the "sponsor tab".

Change the "Sponsor a Project" to "Edit this page".
Change the "Sponsor" button to "Update page".
